David Massa
David Massa
Seattle-Wall Street

David became a licensed commercial real estate broker in 1997, a Managing Broker two years later, and a certified investment broker in 2001. Persistent and driven, he learned early in his career that success in life and at work means to never give up, whether on himself or on those for whom he works. While his early interests were in medicine and pharmacological research, it became evident that helping others pursue their dreams was more compelling, and no better place than in real estate could that be realized.

David is responsible for multi-family business development, financial analysis, and transaction management for brokerage advising services in the greater Puget Sound Region, and prides himself on thorough analytical work and complete market knowledge, allowing for his clients to make the most educated, well informed decisions always with investment metrics in consideration.

While David lives in Seattle’s Belltown Neighborhood, he has been a Puget Sound resident since 1975. He graduated from Clover Park High School in Tacoma; he is a graduate of the University of Washington; he is a Certified Commercial Investment Member in association with the Commercial Real Estate Institute; and he attended Seattle University earning a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Finance emphasis, in proficio. In his spare time, David flies remote control airplanes and helicopters, and is an active member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics.  He also enjoys hiking and fishing both in the Cascades and in the Olympic Mountain Range, and aspires to summit Mount Kilimanjaro one day.
